Estimating / Budgeting
We offer help budgeting design drawings, constructability review of plans and specs, value engineering, and of course hard bids when the time comes.
Scaffolding
Erection, maintenance, and dismantlement of scaffolding up to three stories or 36’ in height. Anything exceeding said height requires a DOSH permit.
Stucco Systems
We do installation of one coat and three coat lath and plaster systems with acrylic or standard cement finishes. We also do installation EIFS systems and application of water-resistive air barrier assemblies. Whether the substrate is wood framing, metal studs, CMU, or tilt up/poured in place, Capitol City Stucco, Inc. offers installation of all systems. In addition, we provide mockups and finish samples.
Foam Trim Design
We cover a variety of trims, from standard trim around a window or door to corbels, cornices, or pot shelves. Capitol City Stucco, Inc. can provide basic or complex designs. We can also provide faux wood grain shutters, faux lap siding, or faux beams.
